Where do you ship from? 

All orders are packed and shipped from our small 'ohana-run farm on Maui, HI. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

This is a slow-fashion, eco-conscious shop. To practice sustainability and reduce textile waste, we do not mass produce our clothing. It is handmade by me on the farm. Available pieces can take between 2-3 weeks to ship. For custom items, shipping times vary depending on location and project guidelines. International orders may take longer.

Do you offer local pickup? 

We do not offer local pickup, but many of our items are available when we do pop-ups! Check our Instagram page for event updates! IG: @konanefarm

Why do I get free māmaki tea with my order?

Sharing māmaki is part of my kuleana as a Hawaiian and why this shop exists. Māmaki is a Native Hawaiian healing plant, and I believe it should be accessible to all — especially our lāhui. Each order includes a small amount of tea as a gift, not a product. It's my way of reconnecting us with lāʻau lapaʻau and honoring our traditions through aloha ʻāina.

Can I get a larger amount of māmaki tea? Or request it for an event?

Absolutely! If you're looking for a larger bag of māmaki or want to include our tea at your event (lūʻau, healing circles, workshops, etc.), please reach out through the contact form on our website. I’d love to share more with you and see how we can support your needs.

What is māmaki tea and where is it from? 

Māmaki is a Native Hawaiian plant traditionally used for its health benefits. Our māmaki is sustainably grown and hand-harvested on our farm using traditional farming practices. 

Are your products organic? 

While not certified organic, we use organic farming practices, never any synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. 

Do you create custom clothing?

What kind of packaging do you use? 

We use eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials as much as possible. 

Can I return or exchange my order? 

If you do not absolutely love one of our products, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days. The item must be in the same condition as shipped.

You can exchange clothing if there is an issue with sizing for up to 30 days. However, due to the handmade and tailored nature of our custom lole, all sales are final on custom pieces.
